Adolf's Last Stand is a mod for registered Spear of Destiny that was released on October 13, 2002. The author was Bryan Banfield and was his only mod.
The level design is noteworthy for its generous usage of the 64x64 mapping slate and the usage of keys in secret areas.
Though the EXE is titled "Wolf3D" it is based on Spear of Destiny and is, a handful of graphic changes aside, more or less a map set. As such, it is playable in SDL if you extract the files into a folder containing the Spear of Destiny SDL port.
No Read Me file was attached, and unlike what the mod's title suggests, Adolf Hitler does not appear in this mod.
