Arielus' Wolfenstein 3-D

Arielus' Wolfenstein 3-D is a map set for registered Wolfenstein, made by Arielus. It was released on March 12, 2002.

Genesis[]

The set was originally made between 1995/96 and spring 1998 when Arielus was between the ages of 13 and 16. Arielus had only just arrived on the wider Wolfenstein 3D modding scene in March 2002, and had already released Arielus' Spear of Destiny, though this had been made initially sometime after Arielus' Wolfenstein 3-D.

It does not appear that any of these sets were circulating before March 2002, though they may have been shared with friends and family.

Description[]

60 levels are featured, greatly varied in shape and size. Some of the original chronology is respected in terms of enemy- and wall texture/sprite selection.

Versions[]

The mod was updated in July 2004 with the inclusion of a descriptive text file. No maps or graphics were changed, however.
