The mod was one of the earliest released mods to use textured floors and ceilings. In addition to featuring textured floors and ceilings, the mod also features new weapons and a number of new guards. A lot of graphics have been changed.
   
 
Portable medkits also featured, and the score function was eliminated, instead focusing on how many guards the player has eliminated. Another feature was the fact that the player could be camouflaged, moving among guards without being noticed.
