Astral Anomaly (also listed as Astronomical Anomaly) is a mod for registered Wolfenstein, made by Nep. It was released on April 1, 2020. 2 levels are featured; one on each of the first two episodes.
An April Fools mod, it features quite a number of gags, with quite inventive death frames and a special finger lickin' boss on Episode 2. New music is also featured.
