The Dark Catacombs Mission Pack: Post Mortem is Sandy's fifth mod, released on December 6, 2003. It came out hardly a week after The Dark Catacombs, though this mission pack included graphics from Project Eisenritter as well as Halls of Stonehenge, making for a rather uneven gameplay.

It was made using shareware Wolfenstein, as with Sandy's other mods.
