Broken Head is a mod for shareware Wolfenstein, made by Sam122. It was released on December 16, 2019.
Description[]
The mod features 5 levels and virtually all graphics have been changed. Sounds have been kept to a minimum, and those that were replaced feature at a very low volume. The many new graphics include needles, sock puppets, beds with couples lying in them and numerous other items and walls drawn in a cartoon-like fashion.
Stylized as a demo, a full version was never released.

The mod features quite a few references and in-jokes dating from the early days of the WolfSource Discord.
