FEAROV (also known as Wolfenstein 3d ~3~ Fear of Vengance) [sic] is a map set for registered Wolfenstein, made by Adam Chapman. It was released on March 15, 1993.
Description[]
The set is primarily based on an earlier Chapman set, Wolfenstein 3D ~2~. As its subtitle is ~3~, it may have been intended as a sequel. All 60 maps have been somewhat altered, the majority of which are made from scratch. Some maps rely heavily on the original maps, however. Many of the maps have very little structure and is much more experimental and might cause glitches. The set runs best with registered Wolfenstein v1.1, the version that it seemingly was constructed with. However, being a map set, it can potentially run with any registered version/port.
Legacy[]
In May 1994, the map set was included in the Wolfmaster map pack as set II. The set was never featured on the Wolfenstein 3D Dome or a host of other known Wolfenstein 3D sites within the modding community.
