Final TFS is a mod for Spear of Destiny, made by Parafriction. It was released on July 11, 2021.
Genesis[]
Having been pestered with Thomas Weiling's desire for seeing The Final Solution versions 2.0 and 3.0 available in SDL for more than a decade, Parafriction finally relented and decided to redesign the original mod rather than making a simple port.
Description[]
The original chronology is respected, and many of the original v2.0 maps remain instantly recognizable. However, many graphics have been altered and updated, now in high resolution. Sounds and music have also gotten a new shine, though the original mod's atmosphere is definitely felt throughout.
Though the original mods were based on Wolfenstein 3D, Final TFS instead used Spear of Destiny as its base. Given the 20-level chronology and boss level pattern, this made perfect sense.
