Frantic Passages is a mod for registered Wolfenstein, made by Thomas Weiling. It was released on December 4, 2018 and was Thomas' first mod in almost three years.

The mod features 17 levels and plays in an EXE based on registered Wolfenstein. Levels were made between late 2016 and late 2018. For most of 2016 Thomas would take a sabbatical from Wolf modding, and instead turn his attention to playing mods, mainly Atomprojekt, ECWolf projects by Executor, SoD Extreme and a variety of other old mods, refueling his inspiration for making maps again.

Shortly before mapping began, Thomas had made a set of custom textures featuring silly messages, oddball images and Wolf objects and characters in peculiar situations, inspired by Michael Collin and Chris Chokan.

Some of these graphics were meant as vague commentary on social media, laissez-faire Nazism and meme culture. Thomas also included references to several musical acts from various genres, most of which were his favorites.

AlumiuN was responsible for the coding, and doomjedi assisted with a variety of guard re-colorings, including the officer which was now bright pink.

The teal SS guard was lifted from a mod by Joe M.

The mod was meant to be a fun, relaxing experience when compared the difficult and vertical Wolf Overdrive.
