Fuchsenstein 3D is a mod for registered Wolfenstein, made by Patrick Hadorn. It was released on November 3, 2003.

Hadorn was Swiss, and German is the main language programmed into the EXE, including the initialization screen and the menu.

The mod follows an episodic flow, though only the first episode can count as being a true episode. Episode 2 features a test-type level that leads to a secret elevator and back. Episode 3 features a handful of levels, leading to Adolf Hitler's boss level. The same thing can be said for episodes 4-6, which only features a couple of levels; most times it is just the opening level and the secret level of that particular episode.

This is alluded to in the episode listing, though. Episode 2 is listed as Grafikausstellung (Graphics exhibition) and Episodes 4-6 as Nur teilweise spielbar (Only partially playable).

New music and new sounds are featured, and a few graphics are changed, including graphics unique to the mod. Some graphics were borrowed from Spear Resurrection.

One of the music tunes is an adaptation of the wartime song When Johnny Comes Marching Home. This was later picked up by Thomas Weiling for Nazi Operation.

It is only playable in DOS, never having been ported to SDL.
