This mod should not be confused with Gorenstein II: The Gore Spear.
Gorenstein 2: Attack of Josef Hitler is a mod for registered Wolfenstein, made by Sam Feichter. It was released on May 24, 2001.
In the author's own words, this is the REAL Gorenstein 2. The mod features 10 new levels, new graphics, and source code changes by Brian Lowe. Though the mod was meant to be much bigger, it was abandoned after the first episode. Many years later, some levels were recycled for the ECWolf compilation WOLFPAK.
