Harry Mass Sr

Harry Mass Sr. (1933-2013) was a member of the Wolfenstein 3D community and the author of numerous mods.

He released his first mod in February 2000 when he was 66 years old. The mod used dark, gloomy textures, colored floors and plenty of mutants. One mutant guard was one of Harry's own creations and often replaced the officer actor; the so-called brown boys.

Mass Sr. was also affiliated with John Bucksnort and collaborated with him on several projects. As with Bucksnort, Mass was also a veteran, having served in Korea as a young man.

Bucksnort and Mass Sr. also released their mods dubbed as "The Mutant Co. Ltd". Both had a flair for the usage of mutants and gloomy textures and all in all, together and apart, put out close to 50 mods.

Harry Mass Sr. passed away on April 1, 2013. He was 79 years old.
