Krankenstein is a mod for shareware Wolfenstein, made by Vincent. It was released on May 4, 2009.
The mod also saw a sequel and an expanded SDL version made in years to come. The original 10-level mod features many new graphics, creating a unique and slightly kinky hospital vibe. As mentioned on Vincent's website, the tagline for this mod was naughty nurses.
A revised version was released in late July 2009 which saw some graphics changed. The mod features no coding changes, and can be played in SDL.
