Krankenstein Hospital is a mod for registered Wolfenstein, made by Vincent. Initially released in December 2013, a slightly edited version came out in February 2014 before a final, revised version which added some new graphics, including a new weapon, two brand new levels and new music was released on March 22, 2017.
The mod features 39 seamless levels (37 regular and 2 secret) and is the first mod in the series that uses coding changes. Many more wall textures and objects have been added to the mix, making for an even more intense and well-detailed hospital influence.
The mod is available in both DOS and SDL.
