Mutantstein II: Hell Is Here is the seventeenth mod released by John Bucksnort. It was made together with Harry Mass Sr. It was released on January 1, 2001.

The mod contains 6 levels and features a custom EXE based on registered Wolfenstein.

An SDL port was released on September 2, 2012.

In October 2019, this was ported to ECWolf by AstroCreep, along with the first and third entries in the series.
