Nursestein 3D is a mod for shareware Wolfenstein, made by Koen. It was released on May 5, 2007.
It features 10 new levels and a number of changed graphics. All enemies are now nurses in different uniforms, and a number of new hospital-themed sprites have also been added.
This was listed as being a demo, and Koen hoped somebody might finish the full version at some point, as he himself was unable to do so.
It is configured to run in 4GL, but as no source code changes are featured, it can also be played in other sourceports.
