Oops! All Puppies! is a joke mod created by Dunkelschwamm in May of 2019 for ECWolf. It replaces every actor, prop, and item except for ammo and keys with dog enemies. The result is an extreme abundance of dog enemies and severe lack of useful resources. Also serves as a spiritual successor to Shooting Dogs.

- Much of the ingame text is replaced with "Woof."
- The overall time counter is now replaced with "Dog years" and, while there are no score items, there is a score counter in intermission screens labelled "treats".
- While none of the dogs behave any differently from a standard dog, bosses that would drop keys are replaced with dogs who drop keys and the dog which replaces Mecha Hitler drops another dog on death which must be killed to complete the game.
- Ending an episode with a BJ Run Trigger shows a running dog instead of BJ.
