Operation... is a very common title for Wolfenstein 3D mods, probably due to Episode 2: Operation: Eisenfaust from the original game, engine mate Operation Body Count, and for its general military/covert ops vibes. It is perhaps the most overused title convention in the scene. It can be used with or without a colon, although with is the most popular.
