Operation: Eisenschwert was a Wolfenstein 3D project, and Alex Brosseau's first mod. It was made in the year 2000, and Brosseau rediscovered it on a CD-R while working on The Luftwaffe years later.
The mod was never released in any form, with Brosseau citing too many bugs. It featured a handful of coding changes, new maps and some new graphics as well.
