Operation: Gtyuu is a mod for registered Wolfenstein, made by Jacob Rodgers. It was released on June 1, 2003.
A demo had been released three weeks prior. 17 levels are featured in the final version, of mixed quality. Some graphics were changed, but the original EXE is needed for it to play.
Because of this fact it is also playable in SDL.
