Operation: Mutant Strike is a mod for registered Wolfenstein, made by Dumscheissekopf in collaboration with Majik Monkee.
It features 10 levels and a handful of coding changes along with many new graphics.
Two sequels were made over the course of the next four years.
It is one of few Wolfenstein mods that features a female protagonist (another being part of Die Hard Wolfers TC).
An SDL port was released on August 20, 2011.
