Realistic Weapons Patch is a mod for shareware Wolfenstein, made by Über Wolf. It was released on July 23, 2005 via ModDB.
Files date to July 2004, however. The only changes are in the graphics department, where all weapons have been replaced by realistic-looking weapons, though these are displayed from the side, with no grip from the protagonist, making for a surreal gameplay.
