Resident Evil: Cover Operation is a mod for registered Wolfenstein, made by Kyo Kusanagi. It was released on January 11, 2005 as a demo with the full version following 10 days later.
The full version includes textured floors and ceilings, weather effect, new weapons and a number of changed graphics, most of which came from DOOM or Haunted House.
Initially teased in December 2004, it showcased the coding chops that Kusanagi would later develop even further.
