Return to Castle Wolfenstein 3D is a mod for registered Wolfenstein 3D, made by Corrigan Jr and Geese. It was released on March 3, 2012.
Description[]
The mod features 60 levels, and tries to blend the atmosphere of 2001's Return to Castle Wolfenstein with that of Wolfenstein 3D. Many graphics and sounds have been added to compliment this, though the bulk of these were taken from WSJ projects, publicly available wall packs, material from James Shain and WLHack and the Image World. The opening level in particular homages the opening level of Return to Castle Wolfenstein. Most of the levels were taken from Serpens' Trilogy Revisited + Nocturnal Missions without credit, but the mod was nevertheless apparently four years in the making.
Though a DOS EXE dated June 2004 accompanies the download, no coding changes were featured.
