The Rise of Hitler is a mod for Spear of Destiny, made by Kyo Kusanagi. It was released on August 29, 2004 as a demo, followed by a full version two weeks later.
The mod is basically a map set for Spear Resurrection with a number of new graphics. The quality cannot be compared with the original mod, severely lacking in places, but still making for a fun gameplay of sorts.
It is playable in SDL via Spear Resurrection's SDL port.
