Schabbs' Resurrection is a mod for registered Wolfenstein, made by Nate Smith. It was released in April 1999 and was one of the very first mods to include source code changes, including increased health and ammo; though this could not be indicated properly on the status bar just yet.

The mod plays in an episodic flow, with 5 levels on the first episode, and 10 levels in the remaining five.

New graphics were also featured, including a guard in blue uniform. This actor would be used in countless mods for years to come. Other graphics were borrowed from the Lost Episodes.

The storyline has to do with Dr. Schabbs and the aftermath of Spear of Destiny.

Officer-Michael John ported the mod to SDL in 2016.
