Southern Hell is a mod for Spear of Destiny, made by Ian Summerfield. It was released on August 3, 2003.
It is based on Spear Resurrection, and its atmosphere is taken from the TV show South Park, featuring a large number of its characters, including Stan, Kyle, Kenny and Cartman replacing the guards.
21 levels are featured, mainly small in size.
