The Death Key is the fifth mod by John Bucksnort. It was released on June 3, 2000. It was the sequel to Tragedy at Istanbul.
It was based on Spear of Destiny, and features 6 levels. A handful of new graphics are also featured, including a new status bar.
An SDL port was released on June 2, 2012.
