The Lost Relic is a mod for registered Wolfenstein, made by Mario Maniac & Mega Luigi. It was released on December 28, 2009.

It features many coding changes, taking advantage of the SDL technology. A large number of new enemies can be found, as well as many new features including different artifacts, textured floors and ceilings, extra bosses (in addition to new enemies).

Visually, influences come from all over the place. In addition to the typical styles of WSJ mods, many actors have been borrowed from DOOM and some remain from original Wolfenstein and Spear of Destiny. Some actors also come from Blake Stone. Two guards come from the John Bucksnort tribute set.

A number of wall textures were unique to the mod, though a large number originated in Spear Resurrection and Project: Eisenritter.

34 levels are featured (30 regular & 4 secret) mainly large in size and well decorated.
