The Lost World Part 5: Tale of the Lost Brotherhood is a mod for registered Wolfenstein, made by Kyo Kusanagi in cooperation with Mac Mendoza. It was released on December 15, 2006 with a revised mapping patch being released as the final version one week later.

Graphics again feature a light theme of magic, but also incorporate more modern influences, including guards from Corridor 7.

Once again, maps were sometimes lifted from other projects, including Operation: Panzerschiff. Many original maps were featured, however.

This was the last time the nickname Kyo Kusanagi was used. From this moment on, the modder would be known as Richter Belmont.
