The Lost World Part 6: Kate's Mission is a mod for registered Wolfenstein, made by Richter Belmont and Mac Mendoza. It was released on May 18, 2007 having been preceded by a demo one month earlier.

30 levels are featured on three episodes, and some of the levels have their origins in Wolfenstein and Spear of Destiny. Some levels feature only skill 1 guards, and one level does not feature any guards at all.

The uneven mapping is made up for with the impressive new coding, which include parallax skies, textured floors and ceilings, different door opening animations and new weapons. Once again, high resolution is used.
