This Spear is a mod for Spear of Destiny, made by Dark Wizzie.
Based on Spear of Destiny, some actors and sprites were brought in from Wolfenstein 3D, including the sink, kitchen utensils and all bosses and Pac-Man ghosts.
Source code changes include increased actor and static object limit and increased health and ammo. The EXE was only available in SDL.
Mapping is generally quite extensive and large in size. The final level, level 21, was made by ack.
