V-Day 3D is a mod for registered Wolfenstein 3D, made by Try Hard Wolfers. It was released on February 14, 2021.

Instead of referencing D-Day its theme is spinning circles around Valentine's Day and making it a life-changing battle for the ever lonely brooding hero BJ. Blazkowicz. Having been covered in a strange goo the mod has the player collect soap to clean up the eyes (screen) and dodge all the love-possessed guards. As a result the game turns into some type of survival horror with a heart-warming twist. 4 levels are featured and some new graphics. Some of the music featured is Call on Me and Thriller.
A suitable mod for any pacifist or player who avoids any drop of blood. However, it is not suited for anyone disliking any type of love or Valentines Day.
