The intriguingly named Wolf 3-D Guts Even Gory Graphics II is a graphic replacement patch for Wolfenstein 3D released very late in 1992 by an unknown author. Despite the spectacular name, the mod fails just as spectacularly at actually delivering its promise, i.e. making the game brutal, gutsy and gory, as the new sprite changes are barely noticeable - except one, which is reproduced below.
